Area Management

The Area Management is a new concept of euroSKIES. Area Manager are responsible to create a complete operations structure within their area. In cooperation with the Tour and Events Team, Human Resources Team and Operations Department and the Public Relations Team, the Area Manager create Schedule ideas, promotions and public relations posts and tours / events, to create an interesting area.

The Area Manager are able and responsible for their area and are free to handle it in coordination and cooperation with the relevant chiefs (CEO / CHRO / SupOps). Area Manager are responsible to activate users and recruit new users.

At this time, we have no areas and are interested in different area concepts. With your application, please sent us a concept of your area and aims within the area.

For that, the complete Department must be built up. Each Area counts as unique Department. Following Positions are free to apply:

As euroSKIES we are interested in Areas like “scandinavia” or “uk” or “Germany”. With an adequate member number within the area, you can also request more aircraft.

Chief Marketing Officer

The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for the complete euroSKIES marketing, including fair, and supports the Chief Human Resources Officer in Public Relations work.
He is responsible for the corporate design and identity.

We require basic knowledge in Photoshop and / or other graphic software. Video editing knowledge is desirable.

Fleet Manager A320 / A330 / B777 / B737 / DH8D

The Fleet Manager supports the Pilots with relevant information about the aircraft, creates training manuals and operational documents for the relevant type and assist the Operations and Dispatch.
The Fleet Manage can train and examine Type Ratings in accordance with the virtual Operations Manual – Part IV.

Airport Operations Officer

The Airport Operations Team is responsible to create Airport Briefings and Standard Operational Procedures for all airports, euroSKIES is operating.

Training Department

The Training Department is responsible to create a consistent Pilot training to support and form a standardised operation and information culture.


For that, the complete Department must be built up. Following Positions are free to apply:

Required Skills: advanced knowledge in Aviation and operations are required. (virtual aviation is sufficient) / for the Head of Training -> real aviation knowledge (licenses) are desirable.

Head of Training
The Head of Training is responsible to create and manage the training and examination system. He has the final responsibility about trainings and examinations.

Senior Trainer
The Senior Trainer is responsible for the trainer team and supports the Head of Training within the training structure.

Trainer
Trainer are performing trainings with the pilots in accordance to the virtual Operations Manual – Part IV.

Senior Examiner
The Senior Examiner is responsible for the examiner team and supports the Head of Training within the examination structure.

Examiner are performing examinations with the pilots in accordance to the virtual Operations Manual – Part IV

Dispatch

The dispatch is responsible for creation and management of the schedules and its system integration.
Schedule Season:
• Summer 15.03. – 14.10.
• Winter 15.10. – 14.03.
